While we think this is the wrong question, the answer is we are flexible on how we operate, and we can craft something that fits most budgets. The better question is: how much is this costing you already? All of our work is designed to pay for itself, so while there might be costs upfront, you keep the savings when we’re done.
We can diagnose problems very quickly, but the solutions always take longer. If it was an easy fix, you would have already done it. We understand the uncertainty, and if you don’t think we’re doing a good job, there is no obligation or exit fee and we can part ways.
Because we do things you can’t or don’t want to. Whether it’s a skill set or available time, we can get the job done and then we’re gone. Solutions are often a full time job, but they aren’t usually a permanent position.
The simple answer is we’ll tell you things you might not have known or we’ll get things done that you didn’t have time to do. If those things aren’t happening, then we’re not doing our jobs.
We work to put ourselves out of work. We’re not trying to extend the engagement any longer than it needs to be, and we don’t like when things take too long.
People tell us things. Your staff will tell us things they won’t tell you because they don’t report to us. We can tell you things you might not want to hear because that’s what you’re paying us to do. We bring you an outsider’s perspective that is impossible to generate internally.
Small. Neither of us know what we don’t know at this point, so we prefer to start small. We’re happy to take a look at your overall business, and let you know what we think.
