As Managing Director, Joe specializes in debt restructurings, forensic accounting and interim management with more than 30 years of commercial banking and middle market company management experience.
Prior to joining Momentum Advisors, Joe was a Senior Financial Consultant with Rife & Associates. Previous positions include Senior Vice President Special Assets at Royal Bank America, where he specialized in asset recovery and value maximization and was responsible for all of the bank’s troubled loans. He also managed loan portfolios acquired from the Resolution Trust Corporation, primarily commercial real estate loans ranging from $20 million to $50 million. He has worked on numerous commercial and apartment rental real estate companies, has managed the day-to-day needs of various enterprises through turnaround and wind-down engagements, and companies in bankruptcy or foreclosure.
